This course is designed for employers and their staff that may work with, in, or near asbestos.
We provide education for different levels of potential exposure from awareness and avoidance up to high-risk abatement.
This course will help your staff understand the risks of exposure, the regulations, and standards they must comply with, and provide hands on instruction on how to use different types of safety and control measures.
This training module is intended for employers and their staff that may need to enter confined spaces.
Confined spaces are one of the deadliest potential hazards on a work site and people needlessly die every year due to a lack of knowledge and training prior to entering or working in these spaces. WorkSafe BC requires this training, by a qualified provider, before anyone enters a confined space.

This course is based on Preliminary Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (PHIRA) framework and will support employers to understand the hazards that are be present in their workplace, and the risk they pose. It is a worker right, as defined in the Workers Compensation Act, to be made aware of the hazards and risks in their workplace. (Part 2, Division 4, Section 21(2)b).
This course will train participants to complete a field level assessment and satisfies the requirements under law.
