With over 40 years of experience in facility management and occupational health and safety, Colin Redfern brings a wealth of practical knowledge and leadership to his role as Principal Consultant and Operations Partner at OHS Global.
Colin’s career began in facility management, where safety was an integral part of daily operations. Over three decades, he honed his expertise in workplace safety, risk management, and compliance—eventually transforming that experience into a passion for helping organizations build safer, stronger workplaces.
Throughout his career, Colin has led significant business turnarounds, expanded infection control operations to generate hundreds of thousands in new revenue, and built high-performing teams through strategic talent recruitment and mentorship.
Beyond the workplace, Colin is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, camping, fishing, cooking, and staying active through regular workouts. His hands-on approach—both professionally and personally—reflects his belief that success comes from dedication, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

Over the years, he expanded his expertise to include contract management, ERP implementation, and cross-functional leadership.
